Description :

The HDS-E 8/16-4M 12 kW hot water high-pressure cleaner offers a number of technical features which grant this unit a privileged position. The performance of this high-pressure cleaner is a unique compromise between ecology on the one hand and the technical practicable on the other hand.

Thanks to the emission-free electronic heating with high-speed heating chamber the temperature of the water storage is raised up to 60°C within 2,5 minutes (24 kW version). This hot water high-pressure cleaner is used in all those areas where the usage of a burner is disturbing or not permitted because of emissions, e.g. in company and social hygiene areas, in food processing companies, hospitals, industrial kitchens or public baths, etc.

The principle of the hot water production is the separation of the high-speed heating chamber and the hot water tank. This separation effects that hot spray water is available within a very short time. The high-speed heating chamber has a water volume of 19 litres and raises its temperature up to 60°C within 2,5 minutes (24 kW version). The heated spray water that is not needed at the moment raises into the 36-litre warm water tank. Then cold water flows into the heating chamber. The entire boiler is made of stainless steel.

The spray lance and the high-pressure hose are pivot mounted to ensure a pleasurable and fatigue-free operation over long periods of time.

The quality high-pressure pump of the 8/16-4M 12 kW offers superb ruggedness for extra long lifetime and service life. The deep-drawn chassis is in one piece without weld seams and virtually corrosion-proof due to its galvanized, phosphated and plastic-coated finish. The detergent tanks (1 x 20 l + 1 x 25 l) are made of corrosion-proof plastics.
